Not everyone is far away. You live in a tripawd-rich area. Periodically folks here do get together, so you might like to post about that in the forums.Sparky has a lot of personality and journalistic skill, but many more people will know about him if you encourage him to post in the forums. Plain and simple, more people go there. And our Northwest members will know they have a new friend-to-be there.
I’m trying to think who’s in WA. Rio’s mom (and Rio’s 2 packmates), Sammy’s mom, spirit Tazziedog’s veterinary mom, and others I can’t think of. Give it a whirl!

I would love to play with you Sparky. I am a big dog but I really only like little dogs. Too bad we are so far away. Hopefully you’ll find a doggie friend soon. I find lots of friends at my local dog park.

Down at the bottom of the first batch is Share Your Story, and you can choose”new topic” to tell everyone about Sparky. Well, he can do it himself, of course.
Somewhere in there is a forum post where people had been telling where they live and asking if anyone wants to get together. However, you can do that most anywhere that seems to make sense. There really is no rule about where to ask for playdates.
I think Sparky will develop quite a fan club if he introduces himself. Cuddly, sexy guys are always in demand.

Thanks for all your help. I chose to post in the forum instead of having Sparky do it. There are some things he is not allowed to know about, like how he became a tripawd, so he won’t be reading the forum. He will just keep writing his blog.
