AUNTIE DIANE COMED AND HER GIRL DOGS MOLLY AND EMMA. WE GOED FOR A LONG WALK ROUND THE PARK. THEY GETTED FOR ME TREATS FOR A BIRTHDAY PRESENT. I GETTED GIFT BAGS FOR THE DOGS WITH TREATS AND RAWHIDE CHEWS.
THE HUMANS HAD CHOC CAKE AND NO FROSTING. AUNTIE DIANE DOES NOT LIKE FROSTING.
IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL DAY IN A NICE GREEN PARK AND NOBODY THERE BUT US. MOMMY PUTTED OUT A BOWL OF WATER FOR DOGS.
MOMMY GETTED FOR ME 2 STUFFED ANIMAL BUNNIES WITH SQUEAKIES IN THEM. I PICKED ONE UP AND SHAKED IT HARD TIL IT WAS DEAD. I LAID ON THE PICNIC TABLE IN THE SUN TO BE WARM NOUGH. About Sparky’s cake — it was mostly hamburger,then brown rice, potatoes, peas/carrots, oatmeal,two large eggs, cheese, olive oil, and a quick shake of garlic powder. No salt. It was two layers, baked at 400 degrees (so it would retain the shape and not shrink) in 5″ spring-form pans for 30 minutes. (Large tuna cans would work, too.) The “frosting” was not-too-thick instant mashed potatoes (no butter) with cornstarch cooked in to make it sticky. The yellow “coconut” siding is finely shredded cheddar cheese.
